Rajen Enterprises offers precision-engineered Coolant Pumps For CNC Machines that is a vertical pump with built –in- electric motor. Coolant Pumps For CNC Machines is specifically designed for machine tools to circulate coolant used for drilling, turning, grinding and milling to keep the cutting edges cool. Hence the life of the cutting edges is increased up to five times or more depending up on the cutting conditions. The Coolant Pumps For CNC Machines is available in the power range of 0.12 kw to 1.1 kw operating on 415 Volts, 50HZ, 3 Phase AC supply. Other customized voltages and frequency are available on request. The discharge range of the coolant is 40 LPM to 250 LPM at 2 M water head. The depths of immersion of the Coolant Pumps For CNC Machines are available from 120 mm to 440 mm. The mountings are as per IS-2161 and DIN-5440.

Notes :
- All types of coolant pumps are fitted with two pole squirrel cage induction motor RPM 2800+3% variation.
- Maximum filuid level from bottom of the flange for all sizes of coolant pumps 20mm.
- Coolant pumps operating on other voltages and frequencies can also be supplied on specific order.
- Discharge variation with in +10%
- Terminal box position rotatable by 90o or 180o around vertical axis of pumps.
- Conduit entry position of terminal box rotatable 90o or 180o around its horizontal axis.
- Filter at suction end available for all type of pumps as extra accessory.
